WTB '95 5spd ECU!

Sorry if this is the wrong forum... feel free to move it or flame me or whatever.

I need a 5spd ECU for my '95 SE though. I have a 5spd swap and I'm still on the auto ECU. In case it matters, my car also has ABS.

Stock or tuned, either is fine.

You know we have a classified forum, I'd suggest trying there. BTW your auto ECU will work just fine with a 5spd I've been doing it for years.

OMFG. The classified forum. Pure genius!

Thanks, Nealoc. Apparently I'm a little slow on the uptake.

Well, maybe you're good to go after all. Do they have ECUs at autowreckers or do they walk out the door as soon as the car gets into the yard?

My 5-speed ECU is staying with the car unless I go the JWT route.

I've seen ECUs on www.car-part.com, so I guess junkyards carry them. I mostly wanted to see if any .org'ers had tuned ECUs for sale, or stock ones that they'd part with for less money.

I'm hunting for a 5spd ECU because my car does this funky thing when I let off the gas where it sticks at 1500 rpm for a few seconds and then drops down to idle. When I rev it from idle, even the tiniest little bit, it sticks at 1500 and then comes back down. Someone correct me if that's normal behavior, but it occasionally messes with me in stop-and-go traffic.

Of course there's also the CEL, which I wouldn't mind getting rid of.
