The flywheel may need to be resurfaced. Have it done the next time you replace your clutch.

Apart from what the mechanic said, what makes you think the flywheel needs to be replaced? I am assuming the clutch was replaced before you bought the car. If there was a problem with the flywheel at that time, in all likelihood, it would have been remedied. I would be inclined to ignore the mechanic, unless there truly are problems when you shift.

well, for one shot engine mounts thats a problem, two slipping the clutch out gives this slow very obvious vibration, launching nothing, if you dont give enough gas into first though, its very very obvious shaking the entire car

Who knows? Get the motor mounts fixed and go from there.

Don't go to Nissan for anything. Avoid them like the plague. They are all money grubbing leeches and their chargeout rates are excessive. Find a reputable, reliable shop that isn't too fancy and specializes in Japanese cars.

You're paying the overhead when you go to a stealership. Plus they ding you for shop supplies which is a % of the bill and is utter nonsense!

Like I said, unless money is no object. You should be able to find a reputable shop whose chargeout rate is only about 2/3 or 3/4, at most, of what the stealership charges.
