shocker info needed

shocker info needed

both rear shockers have gone. can anyone tell me if you can get a seal kit to repair the standard shockers like you can on the 300zx ?.

okay..what the hell is a shocker? do you mean shock/strut? if you mean struts, just buy replacements.

wtf? ive never heard or anyone repairing their shocks. if you just need some stock replacements get some KYB GR-2's off ebay. good and cheap.

in the uk we call them shockers, in the u.s they are struts. lol. same thing either way, just a language barrier thing. i was asking because i know you can get seal kits for the 300zx. was just an off chance these could have been the same, thats all.


ive just looked @ the KYB`S on ebay. i would not call them cheap @ $200+. ive found some stock replacements in the uk @ £55 each by quinton hazel which are a very well known company over here.

We refer to the shocker as something completely different in the states, and to avoid getting banned I'm not going to describe it.

tyre = tire shocker = shock's / struts....some over there call them oleo's
