Car Antenna

Car Antenna

After a year of not having my antenna working i saw it go up.so am guessing its that wire connected to the metal ,so can any one tell me where does it belong?....

lol kinda funny after a year it just goes up. mine is weird sometimes stays up for days and then goes down. I rather it stays down then up. it there anyway to have a smaller antenna mine is freaking long.

if you leave the antenna up, it would drain your battery. do you know how to fix it?

They actually make like little stubs that you can screw onto the antena if you can get it off..a friend of mine just put one on his camaro, because everyone used to bend it to the point it didn't go down anymore they actually look pretty good too. then all you would have to do im guessing is pull the fuse so it doesn't go up???
