Hello all,

I have e46 bi-xenon projectors w/hid's that I will be installing.

The problem - In order for my car to pass inspection with HID's installed is if I have headlight washers installed.(It's a law in the country that I'm currently residing in & you cannot get the car inspected anywhere without these) .
Does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of kit to use? Audi A6 comes to my mind but I figured since there's thousands of members here, someone might have actually done it in the past.

I know that I can probably tap it into my window washer reservoir but the headlight washers need its own pump. I'm clueless as to which one to buy. I believe Volvo & Saab also uses headlight washers.

Any help is appreciated.

Seriously, 82-85 Toyota Supra's also had them probably lots of those in wreckers. Also some 90-95 Volks Corrado's, good luck

 

use other means of obtaining an inspection sticker. Or better yet, pass inspection with regular bulbs, then install HID's, then have 2 years to worry about it

 

There's no other sources. (it's outside of US so there's no stickers, it actually goes in your registration paperwork) The other problem is that police officers pull you over just to check for stuff like if you have a fire extinguisher, a triangle, spare tire, a first aid kit & if you have projectors w/hid's, they will check if you have headlight washers (all these items are mandatory here) You MUST have them in your car.

Has anyone here actually done anything like this?

I do not need to have the headlight wipers, I just need to have the washers installed.
