A/C work

Any posts on how to charge/pressurize the A/C for the max. I know alot of people have done it and from some of the posts there are bits of information here and there. Anyone have a step by step DIY checklist to help with the process and a good place to get the supplies.

get a manifold gauge set, and a vaccum pump, pag oil, r134a refrig, a pressure temp chart for r134a, and a thermostat. start by evacuating the system and holding it in a steady vaccum for 15 mins, if it rises 2 possibilites, still refrig in there or you have a leak, if you have a leak, get nitrogen and send it through the system, and get a sonic leak detector. find the leak, and the r&r the part, and r&r the reciever drier. then charge the system to the correct weight of r134a and correct amount of pag oil.
