You could also just use 3M weatherproof tape so you can easily take it off at a later time.

95-96 grille. nah, i didnt paint it body color sorry, i havent gotten the chance to pick up body color paint. I just repainted it black since its original paint was looking faded.

napa carries a special emblem/decal glue, used to be a black tube. intended for metal/plastic adhesion, it dries quick and is strong and waterproof.

looks good. the grille isn't so dull as it is without paint. you probably already knew this, but your lower vallence is in need of some reconditioning. is there anything that can be applied to plastic to revive it? maybe like some armor all or something? once that's finished, you'll have a nice front end on there.

i did the same thing, i painted my emblem black also, some people (non-maxima) owners really like the way my grill looks and they ask "where did you get the black mesh" and i tell them its a stock grill with a painted emblem...

Did this on mine 5 months ago when I did the custom 97+ grill mod on my 95 SE. I went and got a whole roll of 3M Automotive Acrylic Plus Attachment Tape (used for moldings and body kits) from an automotive paint supply. I couldn't get anything smaller than 5 yards. Oh well I have tons of extra 3M tape for future projects.

Blah! I'm out of town now so I have to use dialup which is slooooooow!!! Can't wait to get home to DSL!

Looks good in the black...nice and clean like its new. So that's the nightshades on your clearance lights? I'm thinking I might black mine out if I get around to buying new bulbs but I'll just paint them on the inside since the edges already are done.
