Yeah so I seriously disgust my stock antenna going up and down and up and down when I change a CD or turn the thing on or off.. I have seen the "shaved antenna" around and want to know what it consists of (price and how), and if you can run a new euro style antenna somewhere?? I want it to work, not just sit on the rear window..yucky stock.

 

Sure, go to any decent body shop and they can do it. Will probably be 200 to 300 bucks painted.

Then go buy an antenna from any manufacturer you like. Mercedes, VW, Ford (Focus front mount is kinda cool)and adapt it on car. If the plugs don't match, check w/ a quality audio store for adaptors before you start chopping and splicing wires.

Just use you head. Where there's cash there's a way!!!!!!!!

I've got a German imported antenna made by Hamma that has both cell and radio mast built as one. You'll have to fly to Germany to get that one though.
