Anyone replace their roof lining, or floor lining?



I think I am going to thake my roof lining out and replace the cloth, with a velvet or something pretty...

I have a few burns in it...

Any advice, Material, Color, Glue, other tips?

I think Black would look good?

not a good one, it looks the same just black.

flash makes it look lighter, but i assure you its black.

 

i didnt know you could paint it...what kind of paint did you use!

 

I want to replace the fabric...

I was interested in how to glue it on?

 

just get some kind of fabric glue ...

 

I used duplicolor fabric paint. i painted just about everything thats carpet in my car.

take it down and spray adhisive on both surfaces and smooth it on. trim around the sides and sunroof leaving an inch or so to fold the edges over.
