Hi boys, I'm doing the AE headlight mod right now and was wondering if anyone knew how to do the same to the lights next to the headlights. Anyone have a write-up?

I think its the same process.... but if you willing to spend some cash heres
a link where you can get black housing corners.... Ive seen the stock corners
blacked out they look okay, Id rather spend some cash on some nicce ones..

Same process as AE'ing the headlights, nothing different. The corners don't take much to bake in the oven. I'd leave it in there for about 8 minutes and its ready to pry open. Don't leave it there too long because it doesn't take much for them to start melting. They are not as sturdy as the headlights.

I did that to mine...its a little trickier to pry them apart. Just be patient...the glue is farther inside the housing than in the headlights.

Yeah, I'm lazy to a point, so I went and ordered the black and clear ones from Pro-Carparts.com. Didn't want to chance breaking them and then I'd be pissed off.

If you can, PM me some pics when you get them installed. I'm curious how much better they look than the stock corners I painted.

Eh...my car is nothing to brag about, I bet yours look a lot better than mine. Been mostly doing a lot of mechanical work on it to get it in perfect running order. My Maaco paint is what's making my car looking pretty hideous. They can't even match factory colors right. Plus, my bent hood sux. I bought the car already like that, I need a new hood. I'm getting it repainted a different color by fall. I'm going to also put a new 95 bumper (modified) and also going to modify the 97+ grill I already have on the car. It's pretty much going to look like this when done.

Anyhow, I'm usually available in the early evenings after 4pm and before 9pm.

Here's a pic of my AE modded headlights + corners. Be careful with the corners, they have an insane amount of glue in there and the lens is frail.
