Vlsd Rawks!
Got the VLSD Tranny (from a 1998 Canadian SE with 25k on it) installed.
I know some have gotten the VLSD and not noticed a difference.
But after a couple of weeks of driving mellow and not wanting to romp on it while I verify there are no new tranny issues or axle leaks/etc I finally romped on it today.
Maybe N/A it doesn't make a difference, but when putting 339hp to the wheels in 1st gear it sure as hell helps!
VLSD = good!

BUT - launching from a dead stop used to give me HORRID wheelspin and 1st gear was nearly useless due to the fact that the wheels would spin from 2500RPM-Redline and never have any real chance of gripping unless I went really slow.
Now in 1st gear the wheels of course still spin but only from about 2500-3500 - then I hear a great squeal as the tires grab and from 4000 up I actually have traction again.
Grabbing into 2nd gear is seamless now as well under a hard shift.
I got the one from Team Auto Parts in Winnepeg Canada off car-part.com
Looking on car-part.com right now I see a new VLSD in Canada (I bought from Canada because I know often VLSDs listed in the US are not actually VLSDs)

I have a Vitek VLSD never used. It is the differential only. If anyone is interested shoot me an e-mail at chenzarino@hotmail.com and I will provide pics and pricing.
