I just got a short ram air intake on Ebay for my '98 Max. I currently have the stock intake only. The installation instructions in the Stickies are for a 2k Maxima that already had a Stillen intake installed and was being replaced with a Place Racing CAI. While I haven't tried, it doesn't seem like these instructions help me too much.

Can someone point me in the direction of installation instructions for a short ram intake being put on a stock setup?

Yea, it's really not that hard. Was my first mod.

 

Its very simple... The air box is held on by 4 bolts onto the MAF and like 3 bolts to the fender area of the car. Just take the airbox apart first, take out filter, and you should b able to see all the bolts needed to be removed. Then after thier all out just pull the airbox out, and put the new intake on.
