I went and puchase light bulbs there like white with a tint of blue.My question would be 95/96 maxima side markers will light up the side that your turning into .Mine 98 maxima dont do that.Could it be wrong light bulb or 97 to 99 dont do that

The 97-99's don't have cornering lights but there is a way to rewire them. Here is the website. Just look under the "Electrical" subheading and click on "Add cornering lights to 97-99":
