O2 Sensor Locations

Can someone tell me the locations of each O2 sensor based on the codes 04/11 and 04/12 I pulled from the ECU?

FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0131 0411 EC-158
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0134 0412 EC-179

Thanks!

B1 O2 sensor are Located on the Header. if you get code saying b2, that's bank 2 that's after the header.

When my service engine light came on, I pulled the codes and got 04/11. I took it to my mechanic and said I thought it was the oxygen sensor and he confirmed that. I forgot to ask which code he received when I was told initially. On the invoice he wrote (CODE P0154 02 SENSOR BANK 2 SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT INACTIVE), so i'm guessing that it means the rear o2 sensor was replaced(CEL code 05/09). After a few weeks the light came back on and this time I pulled 04/12 and 02/10. If I understand this correctly, he changed the wrong o2 sensor (the rear sensor), when the problem actually was with one of the front ones. Is there anyway to determine which front o2 sensor has the problem?

FR O2 SE HEATER-B1 P0135 0901 EC-185
FR O2 SE HEATER-B2 P0155 1001 EC-185
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0130 0503 EC-151
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0133 0409 EC-170
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0132 0410 EC-164
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0131 0411 EC-158
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B1 P0134 0412 EC-179
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B2 P0153 0413 EC-170
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B2 P0152 0414 EC-164
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B2 P0151 0415 EC-158
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B2 P0150 0303 EC-151
FRONT O2 SENSOR-B2 P0154 0509 EC-179

I'm just trying to get as much information as I can before I go and yell at my mechanic.

you 02 sensor work together. 05-09 is the one before your first pre-cat of the y-pipe. which is the front left bank. That one could of been bad and if he indeed did change it, it might not be his problem because it could of set the other 2 off. Once you get a really good 02 sensor while the other 2 aren't working that well, it can trip the cel of the other 2 sensors saying that they're bad. so, it might not be your mechanic's fault, but however he should of told you that might of happened.
