i bought the HPK245's. About a 1.5" drop. The front is nice and stiff but the back is a little soft i think. Overall i am satisfied with the product.
ILK246, 1.5" front, 1.3" rear. The ride is awesome. I have some pics on here

.....just get the illumina's and be done with it.
with the HP blues kit yu just get back yur oem ride with possibly a lower stance and not recommended for spirited driving but with the illumina kit yu have all of that plus a good lowererd stance spirited driving welcome thanks to its adjustability in firmness 1-5 (softest - hardest) and can be used on the track today adjust it and drive it home in supple softness <------but why would yu want that

3. You asked the same question about 5 times and you already gotten the answer but your still asking.
4. I don't understand why you wouldn't spend like 100~150 more for adjustable (ride comfort/stiffness which can be done with a phillips in like 2 seconds) illuminas that you can be less worried about then the hp blues.
Just like was said before, the HP's are OEM replacement struts similar to the KYB GR-2's for comparison. The chances of you have problem with blowing the struts due to lowered stance is greater. Illuminas are well worth the extra cash. If you end up going with the HP's over the illuminas just to save money then you will probably be looking at replacing them in in the next 2 years because of excessive wear and pressure from the drop.

2. Tokico HPs are pretty basic shocks/struts. They're decent for aftermarket springs, and the valving is decently matched to the springs in the kit, but they're not super finely-tuned. The kit is cheap. The shocks are good enough to work with the springs so the ride doesn't suck, and they're built well enough that they won't blow. That's really it.
3. Illuminas have adjustable damping. This allows you to adjust the balance of ride quality and handling to suit your tastes (within certain limits of course). They're also much better built than HPs.
Those kits have good springs that give a great balance of ride quality and handling. If you're not the type to fool around with settings, and you're just looking for better handling and a drop, just grab the HP kit. It's great value for money and it's a pretty well-matched set. If you might want to tune things for better handling or a smoother ride, grab the Illumina kit.
Just keep in mind that these kits will make a good improvement over stock, but it's nothing earth-shattering. If you want a truly dramatic increase in handling, or if you want shocks and springs that are finely-tuned to match each other, you'll only ever get that with coilovers. There's a reason they're so much more expensive.
Full coilovers, like Tein Basics, will give you MUCH better handling without making the ride much rougher. They will allow you to adjust your ride height. one more question,do i need to put RSTB AND SWAY BAR,i heard that after u lower sway bar dose not need it any more,and what about rear strat tower brace, i have stillen FSTB.
Ive had them for a couple of months now and yet to find any problems with them. I paid $550 shipped for these, and its one of the best investments Ive made.
