How do you wire new gauge cluster??

I just picked up a set of white gauges that are indigo and was able to install them without a problem. The only thing now is that I don't know how to wire them to the head lights; the description was VERY vague on that part. Where do I run the wire or where do I splice into the another wire so it is tied into my headlights when I turn them on?

look in your drivers side fuse box. there should be a fuse labeled headlamps or something to that effect. take the fuse out. strip 1/8" off of the red wire. wrap one prong of the fuse with the red wire. reinsert the fuse. ground the black wire.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I love the directions they give you, they didn't help for jackcrap through the entire process. God bless this site.

Another option is to splice it to the power wire going into the dimmer switch on your dash (blue wire, i think) and then just put the ground wire under the screw in the back of the cluster thats marked GND.

the gauges have their own dimmer correct? if so tapping into the oem dimmer will make you very unhappy. they need a full 12 volts to work properly. Use the Red with a blue stripe wire located in the driver kick panel. That is the parking light wire.
