Hey,
I am fixing to buy some 17" focal rims for my 97 maxima. The tires they are wanting to put on them are Marshall Tires. Has anyone heard about the quality and warranty info on marshall tires? Also, do you know if they have a website. any info would be a ppreicated!

thanks
brandon

Never heard of them, sounds like what they call in the business a "profit center"; IOW, cheap tires with a big mark-up. How much are they going to charge you for these? Sounds like he will be trying to sell these things at pretty close to the price of a quality tire.

Go to http://www.tirerack.com and do some homework on tire treadwear ratings, traction ratings, speed ratings, etc. Look at the feedback on the tires they carry and the prices and then decide what brand and model YOU want; don't let some a-hole tell you what tire HE is going to sell you.

Stick with name brand for high performance tires!!!!!

Sinewave is right. Do some reasearch on the TireRack. You don't want to end up like a lot of the Ford Explorers that were riding on the Firestone Wilderness AT's.
