Making shifting easier

I have a short throw shifter in my car and it seems to be harder to shift than before. Like I have to pull more. Is there anyway to make it looser so it shift's easier?

If you still have the stock tranny fluid, get some Redline MT-90 transmission oil. You will need about 4.5 qts. or so. I have the B&M short throw shifter and after about 2 weeks, it broke in quite nicely. Then I changed out my tranny fluid for the MT-90 stuff and it was like a night and day difference.

Yes, Redline MT-90 is 75W-90. It works perfect, you wont be disapointed

Replacing the shifter bushings will also help a lot. Top Element Tuning sells the rear one for $45 and you ship back your core. It is supposed to make a huge difference.
