Squeak reduction Tape

I was looking at the TSB under interior squeaks, and I decided that I want to correct all of them. Nissan says to use 3M squeak reduction tape for all of the areas that rub, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what kind of store carries it?

This is what you are looking for:

Any craft store (Hobby Lobby, Michaels) should have it, or perhaps even Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Thanks, I was hoping to not have to order tape in the mail and pay for shipping. I will try hobby stores and home depot. If I can't find it I'll have to just order from 3M. I gotta get rid of the squeaks! And just in case anyone didn't know, 'cuz I didn't, Nissan makes a clip that goes between the torsion rods in the trunk, for anyone else who is driven crazy by them rattling against each other all the time.

I used doublesided tape from Strauss or autozone, can't remember, worked really well.

I used the actual 3M squeek tape and GOD DAMN THAT **** SUCKS!! After messing with it, I went to my local hardware store an bought several yards of the fuzzy side of velcro. They had several different thicknesses available. Cutting it into appropriate sized stips, I used it to hit ALL the spots in the TSB and the pieces now have a nice tight fit... no wiggle room. Now my car is like brand new. Squeek and rattle free even over the most harsh ****.

hmmm, that's a good idea, I think I'll take your advice on the squeek tape and just get some velcro.

I think the clip only came on later 98+ year cars. I have a 97 and I had to buy the trunk clip. My bars were not rattling against each other, but the ttunk lid would squeel each time I opened it beacuse the bars were rubbing against each other. The clip eliminated this.
