help with H4 harness wiring

help with H4 harness wiring

so i bought some cefiros and im switching to H4s. i got the harness' today, but they were cheapos and i dont know which lead is the ground, which is the lows and which is for the brights. so if you put the bulb in the housing there is a top horizontal plug and two vertical plugs, left and right- can anyone tell me which is which? thanks in advance
