frozen nipple on rear caliper...

Well sterlingmaxima was screaming at me cuz i made him replace a caliper . ANd rotors and brake pads for me . But he always becomes the bearer of bad news. When he was looking at the passenger rear caliper he says the piston boot is ripped so i had to go put a new caliper for 85$. Put the caliper on went on great. He finishes rotors and pads and stuff. Next goes bleeding the brakes. We started with the passenger side rear worked pe rfect. SO we move over to the driver side rear. Well the nipple is frozen and isnt coming off so bleeding the brakes is a no go for now untill i can get the nipple out or buy a new caliper. Is their anyway to get that nipple out? If not how else can i bleed the brakes Im not leaking any brake fluid but it sure is frozen. Also what size are the nipples so i can replace that if i can get it out ?
