Dont know what to do

well, I crashed a coupe of weeks ago, as a result I need a new front bumper, right fender, hood, right headlight and corner light...In addition the AC is not cooling and the battery keeps discharging. mechanically only a pulley is out of place. If the battery is charged the car will work fine.

now the insurence is giving me $2400 in repair cost. I dont know if I should take the money and try to repair it my own way or take it to one of their bodyshop. Any suggestions.

new front bumper - Get a new one with a Stillen Lip.
right fender - Get two with the shark gills on the side.
hood - Carbon Fiber.
right headlight and corner light - Cefiros.

Take it to a bodyshop. If the damage ends up costing more than 2400 bucks, the insurance will cover it in that case. If you take the check, you might be SOL on any repairs that end up costing over that amount.

I agree get a qutoe to make sure you wont have to come out of pocket.

hood about $200
fender about $150
front bumper about $150
right headlight about $55 if gotten on the org here.
corner light about $20

assuming a belt is just off and its why your AC isnt working not battery charging should just be labor to fix and adjust I'll go crazy $200.
paint for above parts $1k

$2400 could cover it with change assuming you purcahses are according to my list and you dont need a new pulley/bets whatever.

yeah, but what is worring me is the battery discharging. I charged it for 15 mins the day after the accident, the car was fined. 2 days after it had no charge, i re-charged it and moved the car. that was saturday and yesterday it had no charge...

Have you checked your alternator?
It's on the right side and may have gotten damaged in the accident.

Or maybe a loose wire from the alternator to the battery.
