Something Wrong Help!!! No Trouble codes

Here are the symptoms. No trouble codes yet. The car turns but takes a long time to start (cold and warm starts). I know its getting fuel because there is smoke that comes out of the exhaust when it starts (meaning i am flooding it). Checked the battery, and starter. The car also, when i drive it feels like the fuel is cutting out. when i WOT the car feels like the fuel is cutting out. Car drives jerks a lot when i drive normal. The car does not feel nearly as fast. Possibilities I think, MAF sensor, or ignition circuit?

What year is it? If you have a '99 it could be ignition coils. I'd also try cleaning the throttle body and intake plenum. MAF sensor or fuel pump could also be the culprit...
