Guy's I bought a 95 gle the other day and car is alright except when I hit a bump i hear this weird thing like a click sound everytime from the sunroof area. The sunroof opens correctly but the sun shade seams to be off. Can I take the shade out of the roof and if so would this cause any problems? Anyone else have this problem. Any other possible ways to fix it?

The shade is off the track. Yea I had the same problem a couple of months ago while looking for something I tossed up in their while getting pulled over. (still never found it) Just get one side in correctly. Then tilt the sunroof up. Then get a long straight headed screwdriver, stick it in from the top and pop the other clip into place. Good Luck

 

Just take down your headliner and see what the issue is. That's not hard to do.

 

i had that problem awhile ago...but that weird sound disappeared after couple days and it hasn't came back yet

 

Ya i just bought the car from a private seller. It's weird it does it when its really hot out, when it gets colder it donesnt do it that much. Thanks for the post's guys.

Nope, I just have to hope they don't ever bring a dog to search my car because I know its up in my roof somewhere.

Yep. The stuff wasn't mine, but a friend of a friends that I didn't know. None of my friends or I do that stuff. This was before all the BS started with the police though and I have never been searched with a dog. Now I don't let anyone I don't know get in my car. (hot chicks are excluded from this rule)
