If I understand correctly, the '00-'01 VQ30DE-K actually had less agressive cams than the '95-'99 VQ30DE. It might be more advantageous yet to get the 00vi and keep your 4th gen cams.

alot of stock maximas auto ive seen run in the 16s.

right now im trying to get everyting in my motor back to new or stock i know its going to run some money but i made a thread about this, like getting new coilpacks, sensors, taking injectors and cleaning them..
