side mirror help

my right side view mirror keeps rattling at high speeds....anyone know how to stop this??

the left one seems to be fine...

take it off, and give it to me, mines broke...

Try taking the cover off inside the door, and tighten the screws they might just be loose...???

outside screws are fine and tight...are there inside screws?
