your opinion...

i changed my oil today and cleaned the IACV as well. i noticed things running a little smoother, but nothing orgasmic. my question; should i have? (not literally...)
should i notice a little better mpg?

also, i couldnt get the plastic part off cuz the screws didnt wanna come off... bastards

Changing the oil in any car is literally the best thing you can do for it. And it is one of the things you can do to keep your gas milage at its best.
