Road Debris

I know it's a stupid question but does anyone know where I can find a new debri guard, you know the plastic piece that is screwed into the front bumper and protects the bottom of the engine bay.

The ******* who has my maxima before me drove it with blown struts and cut springs... (yes, I rescued an abused maxima) anyway, today i think the thread that was still attaching it to the bumber finally pulled free when a piece of rubber bounced up there. It basically ripped the debri guard in half. Scared the **** out of me... thought I had a flat tire...
but I can not find it and don't wanna guess what the stealer will charge me for it...

last piece of plastic i went in to buy was gonna cost $150...

I can't imagine you'll get that *NEW* anywhere but at a dealer. You could just try some local junkyards.

oh ya - you might find that every bolt that holds those plastic shields on has sheared off - so you'll have to drill them all out before you can put another one back on.

i'm driving around without my driver side one. i don't think it should cause any problems since it's just the transmission sitting there. the passenger side one though i kept on, since the oil filter and pulleys are along that side.
