Problem with the tranny and accelerator

yeah i mit sound like a newbie but i think i figured this out yesterday but i want some advice cuz maybe this happen to someone. i havent been hauling bum lately so i will be cruising at about 35-45 and i step on it and it wont pass 3000rpm, it seems not to be down shifting just stays in 3rd or 4th (auto) like a lazy fat boy.... any help will be appreciated, Thanks

It wont downshift at all... or is there just a big delay...?

Sounds worse than mine. Time to visit a tranny shop and get ready to spend some coin.
