A/C acting very weird

My A/C does not work in the 1,2,or 3 position, but in the 4. This never happened before. I have a 98 maxima. Please help me with some information.

Fixed the A/C

I checked the stickies and I used the info from there to change the resistor, and my Max has an A/C that now works in every position from 1 - 4. Thank you for the help
