Possible Tranny Problem?

Recently.....when i come to a stop light and am sitting there for a few minutes.....the idle will bog a couple times....and it feels like someone has just tapped the rear end.
It only does this when at a stand still, with the brakes applied while in drive. If i put it in neutral it doesnt do it. I haven't checked to see if it does it in reverse or 1 and 2. No problems at all while driving.
Does this sound like a tranny problem......or could it be something else?
Nissan put in a brand new tranny back in '96 @ 20,000 miles. The car has about 140,000 miles on it now.........so roughly 120k miles on the new tranny.
Thanks for any info

Sounds like what happens to my computer, except I think that I don't think it's a tranny problem. My TB or IACV might be a little dirty and the idle gets too low and stumbles a little when it's in drive. Try cleaning your TB?

Misfire?
Could be coil packs on the way out.

Thats a misfire. My 99 started doing that, only felt it while it was in Drive. I had to replace ALL of the coil packs to get it to stop. It never threw a code and only did it once the engine was warm.
