Well I just changed my brake pads...

It feels squishy now though. There were no markings as to inner outter on the pads or left and right. Plus they all looked the same. I am sure i have the pairs right but what would happen if they were reversed. It all fits excellent, im just nervous. Are pads grained so they are directional????????

you probably have air in the system. thats REALLY BAD. go to your dealer and see what they can do for u. your insurance company will probably total out the vehical.

or you can just bleed your brakes.

Pads are not directional. Bleed the system, better yet flush the system so you have nice fresh fluid in there. Did you follow a proper bedding in procedure?

you have to bed in your brakes, or else you wont get the full stopping power

did u just change pads, or pads and rotors? where did u get them from? i put on autozone pads and they were fine. but when i put on autozone rotors my braking power turned to nil. it is so bad that even though i changed the rotors only 2 months ago, i will prolly change them out to much better ones soon.
