corner light bulb change

corner light bulb change

so im trying to take out my corner light so i can change the bulb, but the ball joint wont budge, ive tried using a screw driver, but it just wont budge, any tips someone could give me? thanks...

as long as youve got the one screw taken out on top, all you need is some "positive reinforcement" - especially if its the first time theyve been taken out.
you may have to pull on them a little. i assume you are talking about the lights next to the headlights and not the blinkers since they are usually both confused as "corners"

yea im talking about the actual corners, next to the head light, i keep trying, but i dont want to break the ball joint either....

all i can tell you is to keep pulling at that joint. i was afraid i was going to break mine the first time but they came out after some prying. try to get some leverage with a screwdriver and pop them out.

i used some wd-40 and put it back in there and then took like 2 more tugs and it came out with ease.

where did you get your hyperwhite lights, goldtooth. I have silverstar, they are pretty white but i want the whitest, not for looks but safety. how is the illumination?
