The blue LEDs in the headlights is a sure way of getting pulled over by the cops... but props on the creativity. If the tails are too dark - you might get pulled over for that too - since the lights might end up being too dim.

I've seen many bluish, yellowish, and some various colored headlights in my area. They don't seem to be having any trouble with cops. What are the legal colors?

I have seen some newer cars coming with off-white turnsignals, so that might be an option as well

sharper pics would be nice, but im not liking the all blacked out tails. black and red would have been perfect.

nice job w/the led, but good luck w/the cops.

I think the black/white contrast is really nice. As long as the lights shows through, I don't see anything wrong with it.

in nor-cal i always see those Ford and Dodge pick ups with the taillight and headlight covers and still not get pulled over, but trucks have a advantage in mods than cars, even a truck with loud @$$ exhaust and 2 fat pipes wont get pulled over, yet a car with even a muffler will get pulled over. my moms 97 has 2.5" from the header on the back through a maganaflow muffler, kind of loud, but never pulled over.

accaully its not unsafe at all when its lit up its exactly the same lighting as before, pretty much it lights up as if it had a cap...

Looks great. I like the Black tails on the white max looks unique (in a good way). I like the headlight work also, I highly doubt you'll get pulled over for it, it looks like he has a HIDs in there, his headlights look like more newer cars with HIDs and a cool blue hue to it.

I have an led in the headlights also but they dont light up the way your do. ManualMaxima had the headlights and I got them from him.

Thats hot! I want to tint my tails but I am a newbie, and I am afraid that I am clueless on how to take out my tails and wires. Not to be off the topic but if anyone could link me to a thread on these specifics I would be most appreciative.

Hey Russian could you spare a detailed write up on both headlights and tails, i promise I won't bite your style I have something else in mind. But just so clueless with the removal of the tails..please help

Not a fan of the ultra, mega blacked out tails and the headlamps. But you get an A for effort though.

I am a huge fan of blackout mod. I wish my 95 deep forest green GLE was black i would blackout everything.. IMO it would be pretty nasty.
