It looks to be pressed in. There's two plastic prongs showing on the inner side.

Sounds like its glued on? Have you tried pressing on the pins to push the emblem out?

i called my boy at the body shop, the 2 plastic prongs are just guide pins. it's held on with urethane tape..strong **** !!! if your gonna take it off, you need to get some sort of double sided tape to put it back on cuz it wont come off "clean".

try to get behind the emblem with a razor blade or something (fishing line works, gotta saw through it) don't hafta get it all, just enough to loosen it up, then try to gently pry on it evenly, a little on each side at a time. should come off pretty easily.

probably easier to take out grill, tape it off and paint the emblem. ..looks great black !!!

i would use a good quality, thick double sided tape, 3m or somethin. just put it on the "rectangular" part, dont worry about the "ring" heat the tape up good w/ a hairdryer for better adhesion. you could also put a couple small zip ties around those pins for extra protection.

If you know you'll never want to take it off again I'd JB weld the sucker back on...but...I'm also addicted to JB weld and use it just as much as ghetto people use duct tape
