$50 @junkyard + 1 year waiting + hookup from org member=worth it

some of you may remember, i luckily found an all clear in the junkyard and bought it, along with other stuff for $50. i was then searching the org and ebay and everywhere for the other side to complete my set...this went on for roughly 7 months. then, an org member noticed it in the back of one of my other pictures and we've been in communication for a while...after a few months of waiting on each other's busy schedules, he agreed to hook me up. Thanks Vyrus! i opened them up and painted them, and they look pretty good imo. they are here to stay unlike my old pair that didn't match too well that i ended up selling because i needed money for christmas and bills. anyways, here are some pics, i have more but i'm on 56k unfortunately so it takes forever to upload. my long wait has finally paid off...

as guns n roses once said, 'all you need is just a little patience'...

I think you may have forgot that finding original red/clear tails for 95/96's is a bit tougher than latter years. CE has them, but they don't look as good as the older version I don't think. Besides, where can you get red/clears for a 95 for only 100 quid?

Congrats on the red/clears, I put some on my 99 Ice Pearl White SEL a couple months ago and will never ever ever go back to stock. A much classier look imho.

Didnt know there was a difference in the "original" and any other red/clear out there for 100 bucks like ebay.

you're thinking of 97-99's...95/96 tails are a completely different story. custommaxima just came out with new red/clears for 95/96's after many years, but they're very aftermarket looking, too blingy for me...the ones i now have, made my apc forever ago and no longer made, which is why they're hard to get and go for good money, match the car better imo.

thanks fellas

I agree, the orignal red/clears for 95-96's look sooooo much better then the chessy honeycomb styled CM ones..
They look really nice on a white max.
Congrats.
