have little questions

I have a 95 Gxe with shi**y hubcaps \.
I like those SE rims, and I think i can get em for 230shipped
Is that a right price.
Second question,
I do put in 93 octane gasoline, however I am not sure
if the former owner did that is there a way I can check it
or if the previous owner did use lower octane, is there a point for me to use higher octane now?
The gas price is fu**ing high these days, of course i fulled my gas a day before the crisis and I keep getting 0203code and it will cost me around 200to fix it, is it worth it? cuz i dont think i can do it my self.
Last question, (cuz i m a noob)
about hacked airbox (i did search) Can't I just cut out the airbox and do nothing else, or do i have to do other stuff to( like putting cap on or something) Chill!@!@~@~@!

1. $230 is alright, check the 4 sale section under 4th gen stuff and shop around if you are not sure.
2. If you don't have a Haynes or Chilton's get one and find out how to check the knock sensor. Putting in 93 will advance the timing to where it should be gradually if the previous owner didn't use 91+. 93 is high but you get more performance AND more gas mileage out of it.
3. I don't know about the code, check the stickies.
4. On the air box you just drill/cut some holes in the bottom.
