I have a 96 GLE, popped open the fuse panel the other day and noticed several missing. referenced my chitlins and couldnt find one schematic on what the fuses correspond to (the main fuse panel under the dash with a billion little fuses on it) so here are the numbers if anyone has a manual that references them and could help me out here they are as follows:

8, 9, 23, 25, 30, 35

also, I blew my passenger side interior door lite, the one on the door cubbie holder thing anyone know which fuse that corresponds to? k thanks

pretty sure theres open slots on everyones car. they use a generic fuse panel for several models, on some cars theyre used, on others theyre not. also depends on options. if you want to know what fuse goes to what, theres a diagram on the inside of the door that covers the fuse panel. if theyre empty, and everything in your car works, dont worry about them.

As for your interior lights, if only the one blew, check the bulb. if a fuse was out i believe they would all be out.

kewl ill check that diagram, thanks!

yea im sure its not the bulb, hehe ok well heres the rest of the story I actually was trying to test the negative wire on that bulbs wiring to see if I could run some more lights off of it (led's) and it popped and fizzled and now it doesnt work. to fix that do you think im going to need to rewire that entire line? the drivers side door light still works.

ummm...did you ground out and melt a wire?

im really not sure how those are wired, im pretty sure its one fuse for that circuit. double check by swapping the bulb with the one from the drivers side.
