Got 0403, 0304 and 0201 need opinions....

Hey guys, I have won a jackpot today. Have been standind at the traffic light and then CEL pops out with the drop of RPMs. Cheched the ECU and it came out 0304, 0403 and 0201. Just want to ask if anyone can give me approximate rate of the cost of repair. I have a warranty(4 star GE Warranty) but I am not sure if it will cover that. And if it is OK to drive for a few days with this codes. Thanks!!!

yes you can drive with those codes for a couple of days but the 0304 will have you using gas like a biiocht and lack of performance. and the other two might give you starting issues.

I wouldn't necessarily say 0304 Knock Sensor code will have you using more gas. My car throws that code at me and I still get about 25 mpg around town and 28 on longer trips. I've seen this damn knock sensor thing debated here since I've been here and my conclusion is that the majority of maximas have the code and it doesn't always mean it is bad. I'd say fix the other two things before you spend $200+ on having a shop change that particular sensor.

Just my two cents from my experiences...Good Luck

Thanks guys and those codes mean the following:

0201-ignition circuit fault signal

0304-knock sensor

0403-throttle position sensor.

check your tps, its explained in the howtos somewhere, its probably out of wack, adjust it to proper reading... reset, wait for codes to come back, you probably have a bad coilpack somewhere also, could be a few things tho
