Got alignment, now theres a hum when I turn left

Got alignment, now theres a hum when I turn left
Not if i turn right and not if I go very slowly. But a turn made a little faster, but still at a very safe speed and I get a humming sound. Anyone know what this could be?

Thanks, I guess the inevitable, how hard to replace it and can it just be greased first? this JUST STARTED.
