brake upgrade

Looking to get new front brakes do to a slight vibration at highway speeds. Curious if mostly everyone keeps stock, or upgrades? Is there a noticble difference with upgraded brakes such as powerslots, or brembo rotors? Also, what is the most common brake pad. I am just going on what custom maxima has on their website, and they recommed the powerslot rotors / hawk brake pad setup. Let me know if anyone has this and your opinons, thanks in advanced.

If you dont need sufficiently GREATER stopping power than stock...then stay with stock.

I guess wanting and needing is two different things. I didn't say I needed GREATER stopping power, but if your saying that upgrading will give it to me, then I WANT it!!!
