jerking/hesitation @ idle

For the past week i've noticed my car kinda jerking at idle. At first i thought it was the bass from the subwoofer just hitting hard until i turned off the radio. It feels like someone is gently pushing my car from behind w/ another car. know what i mean? kinda hard to explain w/o being in the car.

I dunno, this could be a long shot, but do you think my cat could be clogged?

if you want to see if you cat is clogged, just crank the car up at night and look under the car when the exhaust is warmed up and see if the cat it glowing red...if so then it is clogged. I think if you cat is clogged you would notice it more when you are moving since you would have more exhaust flowing at that time.
I would do the easy stuff first. Change your PCV valve and clean your IACV.
