Don't see any reason that it wouldn't work. OBD-II is a published standard. Code readers are going to get cheaper and cheaper.

For now I'll stick to my $2 screwdriver

14.99 shipping is a rip-off. you can buy a Actron code reader from PepBoys for < $100... I'd just do that instead of buying the Ebay one (if you really want a code reader).
