Excuse me pal, but I complimented you on your home depot lip. B!tch at the people that give you crap on your effort, not the ones that commend you.

congrats on the creativity personnaly i wouldnt do it but tats just because its not my style. and about the bar you said you cut it def sets your max off but i think it gives it a dogde like front end which i dont think looks all that great but thats why you have some type of front end other than stock and i dont. keep up the modding and do what ever you think looks good.

this thread contributes to the ongoing downfall of the 4th gen forum. the lip looks awful, spend the money on a real one.

wow, AGRECORDS, you're quite the little post *****!! on this thread at least. just edit your previous posts or something. but anyway, don't yell at people for not liking your shiznit lip. it looks pretty bad. people can hate and if you get mad at them for hatin, you're just as bad. do what you want. if you want opinions on it, post it on here. some will like it, some won't. deal with it.

Some people like it, some people don't. Take it like a man and move on.

I've always thought the ludalip was a cool invent.

Theres an actual lip for sale that looks exactly like the ludalip and it costs about $200. So, I support your craftiness. Home depot mods are the best.

If anyone hates the ludalip, go check out the original ludalip thread and look for the red max with the black ludalip. It looks amazing.

I like it. I saw a flat black one that was held on with double sided tape at a local meet the other week. It looked great for the money. From the sounds of this thread, there is an old thread on this subject and the lip fell from its own weight. Can you post some more pictures, with a couple different angles and closeups so we can see it in better detail? That would be helpful to see how it really fits and looks. I may try this mod next weekend.

reminds me of me back in the days with the homedepot lip, lol, looks good though, i would hate when it would fold up in the wind, thats why i had put aluminum behind it

i mean the first couple of weeks its nice, but then after awhile it looks tacky and cheaap.

btw the bumper looks nice, just take off the nissan burger and mesh that too

You've got to be kidding me...
1FSTMAX's car is sick.... Having the orange lights looks much better on his car than some clears would... it sets things apart better...
Yeah... for a few bucks, your lip isn't that bad... not original because its just a ludalip... but not bad.. Personally... I think it's just one of those rice mods.... but whatever floats your boat... but don't bash peoples cars that are far better than yours when they give you an opinion that you asked for...

The problem here is everyone is so cheap. I can't believe that anyone thinks that this looks good. Not only does it not flow, it's ghetto. What's next, are you going to buy a peice of sheet metal, paint it and put it on as a spoiler.

Well buy a stillen bodykit for him then everybody can be happy.

It looks ok to me. The thing I like about it is that its CUSTOM and doesnt look like everyone elses. I know I wouldnt be able to do it myself and if I tried it wouldnt turn out as good as this. Very nice job and very creative.

This is a good lil mod you created! I do agree its not the CLEANEST thing you can do to your max, but not everyone can dish out the money for a full stillen kit or JUST a lip. It personally took me ALOT of shoping and waiting to find my stillen kit, and it wasnt like i wasnt stressing the money i was spending on the kit either! I got a used kit for a REALLY cheap price, and it was still outa my realm, and then to paint it? It gets really expensive!

I can show some appreciation to this mod simply because its good "practice" for those who may want to get a front lip/full kit on their max. It would be alot more convenient to destroy this lip while you get used to the new "ground clearance". Also, it looks different! Not the same ol same ol

I can appreciate it, but if you ever get the money....get a stillen lip instead and get it proffessionaly painted, you will be very happy with the outcome.
