shutter at hwy speeds?

I have had this going on for a while but it is alot more noticeable after driving my cousins car for a few days. my car went to the shop for a tranny rebuild and i borrowed his car for a bit. when i was driving home yesterday i noticed the steering to wheel to shutter at higher speeds, around 70 mph. my first guesses would be bad alignment, wheels out of balance, or maybe tierods? i thought i saw a post on this a while back but was wondering if anyone else knows. oh yeah the car is a 95, auto, 99,000 miles on it, all stock, if it helps.
