Right now i have 15% tints on my car. Im gettin alittle tired of having it on. It gives the car that "kid look" as some people say. I seen a 96 slammed max in my town with out it and i think it looks sweet. Confused(Brett) doesnt have it either and his car is dope. Plus my windshield and rear window have small chips on them, so im gonna make a claim and get brand new glass for FREE. That means i wont lose my rear defrosters if i strip the tints.

So i need some votes on what you guys think. Help me out here.
thanks,
Anthony

What about 35% tint

that way you still have tint but it won't be so dark but you still have the benefits of a cooler (temp) car and some privacy.

keep it

not only does it keep your car cooler, but it saves the interior from the damaging effects of the sun. it's really up to what you like though. here in arizona, i don't think i could ever do without tint though. it also depends on your laws. the legal limit here is 35%. anything lower results in a ticket, not to mention they'll probably make you scrape it off on the side of the road after, but i'll still get it retinted...legally this time of course.

Yep, 35% all around is the way to go. Not too dark, not too light. Or even maybe 50%.

Maxima without tint = Family Sedan
Maxima WITH tint = Urban Pimp Cruiser

...The choice is yours......

Keep the tint. I had bronze colored tint on my 3rd gen and now have a 4th with black 35%. personally I liked the bronze cause it looked like the old factory infinity bronze tint.

Remove your present tint and go with 35%.
Too dark = boy racer.
No tint = family car.

I say keep it. You'll be sorry on those sunny days, especially when you have leather. If you are going to remove it, yu could try going with silver tint, it wouldn't hurt.

As everyone has said, go lighter, but keep the tint.

Your car looks very good with it, keep it. I had my rear window busted by some kids (I guess) on Halloween a couple years ago, got the window replaced and kept it un-tinted for about a year. I finally got it done again around 6 months ago and am glad I did.

Tint also keeps your window glass from falling all over the place if the glass gets broken; and the best effect is making your interior age much less from sun fading/drying.

Keep it!
