Now i still dont have any interior door lights and my odometer light blinks dims and then shuts off at points and the same with my stock Am/Fm stero unit this also happens when i put on the map lights also anyone have any suggestions on how to go about fixing this ??

Are you saying your maplight goes on but your other interior lights don't? If so it's a short somewhere. If the maplight doesn't work either then it's likely a fuse. Have you even checked your fuses? You should have done that before doing a battery and altenator check.

My courtesy door light went out because I shorted something once...I took it to a mechanic and they gave it back to me with the other door light out, and part of the dash not lighting up anymore, and told me it was the BCM...I changed the BCM and no difference whatsoever, so they basically messed up my car and told me it was because of the aftermarket bulbs in there...which is ridiculous...and of course, it wasn't a blown fuse. I assume I caused a short somewhere. For your problem, the BCM coud be it, but it could a wire in between too. Don't know how you would've shorted it though...I just rewired the door lights with their own power (and fuse) and grounded through the door switch. I guess all I can say is if they tell you you need a BCM, get one from a junk yard and put it in yourself...

so are you saying that the problem has gotten worse over time? like, it started with the door lights, then other stuff started acting up more and more frequently?

thats exactly wat im saying it started out with the door lights now recently maybe like 2-3 weeks the gauge cluster and am/fm radio light have been acting up. So i dont want it getting anyworse so im trying to resolve the problem. Fuses are fine because if it was a fuse then the lights wouldnt have turned on in the first place and yes i did check the fuses anyone have any words of advice
