ABS/Fuse Questions for you guys!

I just got my car back from the mechanic after 450.00 repair of a new alternator and battery. I get the car back and my ABS light is on, is this common when the alternator dies and if not, how can i go about fixing it? Also, my windows/sunroof/rear defroster dont work. I am guessing its a fuse but are unable to change it because i dont have a fuse box panel cover on my car and cant locate the right fuses. If you guys can give me some info on the ABS light and which fuse to pull and fix it, that would be a great help.

thanks
walshy

There aren't that many fuses.. instead of waiting for a response, why not just go and pull each one and see which have blown.. that would take all of 5 minutes.

Here you go, I took these a while ago so my lazy *** wouldn't have to go outside to diagnose issues like this.

Possibly the 7.5A fuse marked ELEC PARTS powered in accessory...not sure though.

ususally when your alternator takes a dump, and your running the car off the battery, the ABS will not receive enough power. bring it back to the mechanic and tell him to fix it.

thanks alot guys for all your help. I just went outside with this diagram and found out that my ABS light was on becuase the fuse was blown and also the power windows/sunroof were cooked too. So i changed both of them with replacement fuses and its magic!.....the green machine is back in order.

thanks again to all who helped

when your last alternator died, did you get the 120amp battery fuseable link replaced too?
