Just wondering if one typically needs an alignment after replacing the lower control arm (pass. side, in my case)

I noticed a slight pull to the right after the replacement, but was also told by my mechanic to let it settle for a few days. To be be fair, the pull did decrease, but did not go away completely. Been 2 weeks now, pretty sure that's how it is.

So is it alignment time, or could it be something else?

Looking at the Haynes manual and the strut assembly isn't touched so no...

I had mine replaced too, I was driving around for 2 weeks thinking I didnt need one, after some research, I decided to get it done, Alignment specs were way off, so bottomline is do it asap...btw, handling was greatly improved after aligment was done.

I would definitely recommend an alignment.

I'd suggest at least going in for a free measurement. I just replaced an axle w/o aligning afterwards and found some differences.

Yes, you need an alignment. You took off a major part of the front axle why wouldnt you need an alignment?

If your alignment was fine youw ouldnt be pulling in any direction.
