ks question

ks question

i replaced my ks last week and i was wondering if it was supposed to have more than 1 wire going to it.....mine only hed one...and i can't find my haynes book either

you're ok. Only one connection to the ks.

Wait do you mean the harness only has one wire that makes it to the KS end, or only one harness going to the sensor. Because I was about to buy a new KS harness because it looks like one of the wires seperated on the sensor end. I was going to cut it open to find out.

There is only one wire at the sensor end. The fastening bolt grounds the KS to the block.

yep... I meant to cut the wiring harness when I replaced mine just to see where that second wire went. But I lost interest 2 hours and 37 hand gashes later after removing that little f***er.
